Steven Douglas Brown (born March 20, 1960) is an American former football player and coach. He played his entire professional career with the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL) from 1983 to 1990. Brown played college football for the Oregon Ducks. He became a coach after his playing career, serving as the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach for the Michigan Panthers of the United Football League (UFL).
